If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flower, plant or gift basket, please provide us your purchase number and take a picture of the product and describe issues.
Our florists make beautiful arrangements and bouquets of fresh cut flowers or plants. If you got broken gift basket, plants or flowers are damaged or dead:
Update request on your order should be done 24 hours before the delivery date.
We will make every effort, but change requests are not guaranteed during the holidays and weekends.
It may be possible to cancel your order, depending on the time of cancellation request. Cancellation fees will apply.
--For any order cancellation requested a $15 cancellation fee will apply.
No cancellation would be accepted on prepared order and ready to ship orders.
No cancellation during peak holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Father's day.
