Cancellations & Returns

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, we won't be able to cancel the order if your gift is en route or has already been delivered.

Delivery by FedEx®, DHL® or UPS®

  • If you selected Standard delivery for your gift, we can cancel your order up to five days prior to the delivery date.
  • If you selected Express / 2-Day delivery for your gift, we can cancel your order up to four days prior to the delivery date.
  • If you selected Next Day or Saturday delivery for your gift, we can cancel your order up to three days prior to the delivery date.

Returns
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund.
Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive a replacement product, please call us at 416-356-7478.

Specialty Gifts
Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 30 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at   416-356-7478.
We'll notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost 100% of the United States and Canada. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries across the globe. 
If an order is placed by 2:00pm local time, then we can have your order delivered to the recipient by the end of day or by the next day since we are in the FTD, Bloomlink and Teleflora networks. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.

Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day see below:

  • Monday Morning Delivery - Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
  • Morning Delivery Tuesday through Saturday - Order by 3p.m. in the recipient's time zone on the day before.
  • Afternoon Delivery Monday through Saturday - Orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead-time.
  • Sunday Delivery is available in some areas - In those areas, orders placed before 12 noon in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on that same day. The availability of Sunday delivery will be determined during order checkout.

Exotic Flowers and Plants - Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.
International Deliveries
Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 2p.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.

Delivery by FedEx®, DHL® or UPS®
Next Day, Two Day, Standard Delivery (within 3 business days), or Saturday Delivery are available for most products. Perishable items may require Next Day or Two Day Delivery to avoid spoilage. Next Day Delivery may include Two Day ground shipment when delivery date permits. Delivery to hospitals and remote areas may take an additional 3-5 days. Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount. An additional surcharge applies to delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area. Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.
